"We all have an inner voice, our personal whisper from the universe.
All we have to do is listen -- feel and sense it with an open heart.
Sometimes it whispers of intuition or precognition. Other times,
it whispers an awareness, a remembrance from another plane.
Dare to listen. Dare to hear with your heart."

Chasing the tail of desire

It’s the outer desire of the ego that distracts from the subtle unfolding of awareness. Awareness seeks to reveal all images (14)that we are within, while the ego yearns for fulfillment through ideas and images that lack true feeling and genuine sincerity. The ego creates forgeries and manipulates the minds of others through them.
Most advertising is designed to appeal to the lust and desire of the ego. It appeals to the idea that without certain things we are not going to be happy or live a fulfilled life. That we are going to be incomplete until we own, purchase or possess something or someone. It plays on our natural vulnerability and ignorance of what is real and true.
Desire is a dog chasing its tail. It will never catch it and like the dog we forget that the tail is already there and attached. We do not need to chase our awareness, it is already within us, but we forget in our desire and our ego that we already own it.Bookmark and Share

The unspoken truth

The universe requires nothing for us to become aware. We set the limits and the time taken for us to be aware. We stubbornly refuse to let go and just feel. Our egos deceive us into searching the long path of the ideas of others and listening to those who speak to us with seductive tongues.

Awareness is born naturally from the attention to feelings inwardly. It rises in the silence and speaks to us in the unspoken words and energy of consciousness. It becomes us as we unclothe ourselves from the old and worn garments of the mind. It is not attention to detail that brings awareness, but the soft silent feelings within us that speak the unspoken words of life and truth to us daily.

Touching Life

Those who touch life, touch others with the unspoken words of existence. They breathe life into the hearts of others and remind them of the golden wealth within them.s7d8fugosdifgjsdf
Life that is explained is not experienced within. It is not felt as being, but as a memory of the mind. Unfulfilled desire haunts those who long to know the mystery hidden behind the words of life. They seek to understand and because of this they do not know the life behind the words of existence.
Life exists beyond all words and all explanations and in the end cannot be understood, but deep within the heart of the vulnerable and the innocent they know that life is all that exists and is real.Bookmark and Share

Effortless

Do not think the breathing, feel the breathing in meditation. In doing so we link directly with the consciousness and not just the idea of it. Many watch the breath with the mind and do not connect directly with the living consciousness within them.
The breath is life living within us. It is consciousness sustaining life both in the body and in the beyond. It is your link within existence. It carries the awareness within our total being and the more attention that we give it the more conscious we will become of who we truly are.
As the identity leaves the mind and the cares of the world it sinks into the aware consciousness within the feelings. This is the true surrender spoken of so often, we detach from the outer world of mind, thought and idea and we become aware within our feelings of the totality of our consciousness. It is effortless because it is already a part of our natural inner consciousness and our true inner being.Bookmark and Share

The Clothes of Truth

Everything manifests from within the silence.

Look at the flower or the tree. From the silence within their seed they images19manifest their fullness in due time. Everything comes to its destiny without the need of outside interruptions. It is impossible to plan true life -- it follows the course of its own intention.
The deeper we settle into the silence, the more natural is our living and the truer the expression of our being in consciousness. It flows naturally from within like a red carpet guiding us towards a destination. There is no need to plan or set goals, because they can take us away from the natural and true expression of our being.
We have nothing to accomplish in our life, but the true expression of our being, born of the silence within. Everything else is like the decorations on a Christmas tree. The tree is in its natural state, but the decorations are not.

The mind and the ego decorate everything. Only in the silence are we clothed in truth.

Cycle of Deception

The ego rules the mind, imagination and emotions. This is how it captures our attention and binds us to the false reality within our imagination. We all presently exist through the creation of our own imagination or that of others. We walk in a daze of imagined hopes and wishes or stuck in past memories of glories or the regret of days gone by.
The purpose of such behavior is to keep you locked into the design of the ego, which always is to make you blame everything except it for your issues. The ego, the mind and the unconscious are a system of self-deception that reinforce the false identity and create a loop-back in consciousness that supports our separate identities, but gives no relief from the pain of our separation from the true identity.
Your true identity is pure conscious awareness that creates in unison with the whole of existence, it is not against anything, unlike the ego. It flows gently from a source within us that eternally breathes life. It is pure being existing for its own pleasure and radiating love through all its creations.

The unknown God

The truth is the revelation in consciousness of our oneness with eternity. Unlike the ego that needs and seeks BookCoverImagelabels to define itself, the truth is a manifestation of our beingness within the silence. It is a knowing that goes beyond description and can only be recognized within the mystery of our awareness.
Awareness is the door into knowing and the revelation of our true identity within our consciousness. It is not born of the understanding of our mind, but in fact is our true and eternal nature in consciousness.
It is only recognized within our feelings as identification with the mind ceases and we become aware that the silence is a door through which we experience the knowing of our greater self. We cannot seek “to become” here, only accept what is within us and what is revealed within this knowing.
Reality is not a manifestation of the imagination, but a revelation of what exists within consciousness and within us. We cannot believe what is real, for that would mean that we have not truly entered reality, but only hold a concept or idea concerning it.
The religious, those who believe and those who speculate great truths concerning reality, existence and God do not know that which they speak of. Only the aware in truth know the real nature of existence and the real name of the “unknown God”.Bookmark and Share

Suppressing the ego

It is very important that the ego is not suppressed in any form. We need the freedom to choose between our awareness (feelings) and the demands of the ego/mind. This freedom maintains a healthy balance between the mind/ego and heart in which the ego can surrender itself if it chooses to. We choose to lay down its defenses and let our heart in.
When you place negative or restrictive demands on the ego, the mind and the imagination they are thrust into conflict in conjunction with the unconscious and against the freedom of your awareness. The unconscious is a vast universe of repressed fear, judgment and incorrect understanding of life and existence born within the ego of humanity. It is a cesspool of negative life form energies or concepts barren of the glue of love. By repressing the ego we drive a wedge in understanding and create a widening gap between the experience of the unconscious and our natural awareness. This divide is a dangerous line between sanity and insanity.
The unconscious contains all the repressed dark memories, impulses, perversions and incorrect thinking of humanity and the individual. It is the garbage heap of the ego of humanity in comparison to the abundant awareness of eternity. It is the door to all that we consider as evil, dark and forbidding. Mental illness blossoms here if we give our identity to it totally.Bookmark and Share

More than the mind can hold

We cannot hold the eternity of our beingness within the mind, it is not possible. We cannot hold the mystery of life and death and behold it either within the mind. The mind exists only for a certain time and place and then it is no more. It is a framework for time and space and the use of logic and reason. We are a knowing, feeling and conscious being that exists far beyond all analysis and reason.
We are the truth and the way creator in consciousness. We know, but we pretend that we do not. We have convinced ourselves that we are alone and separate from all existence and we are not. It is the illusion of our mind and ego that makes us think and identify with the unreal.
To become more we must go beyond all that we think and sometimes emotionally feel, so that we can remember in awareness our true nature and the reality from which we are born and the unreality into which we find ourselves.
It is not necessary to destroy our minds or punish our ego’s to become aware. Awareness happens as we question our thoughts, beliefs, opinions and attitudes. It reveals to us that we are more than we ever could think possible if we would only surrender the desire and need of the ego to be more than what already is within us.

Punishing the Ego

Do not punish the ego. Nurture it through observation and awareness in meditation. Let it dissolve its influence in the warm bath of your awareness. Calm the grip that your fear has upon it. Watch it fade with love and become more awareness.
Fear and the ego are tools of self-discovery into awareness. Like a child that does not understand and throws a tantrum, your ego fights to assert your right to be free and independent of others. It does not understand how to be free and independent in love without the need to control or create conflict.
Without the problems that the ego and your fear bring you would not look within and remember. You would not explore the source of the pain in you or ask the “why of your existence”. They tell you that something is not right, something is out of place and you need to find out and solve the mystery of your personal existence.
In a sense they point the way, they harass your life until you go within and discover with awareness their meaning and learn to stop fighting them….they are your friends.Bookmark and Share

Pushed

Suffering and Pain are both servants to wisdom. They strip us of all identification with the ego and mind and leave us helplessly numb to anything but the truth and what is real. Their strength is due to our lack of surrender and refusing to let go of the fear and anger that accompany them.
When we are pushed to the limit that our mind can handle and we wish that death could embrace us and hide us from the horror that we feel for ourselves inside, then do we sense a glimmer of the hope and relief from within. We need to be pushed beyond the grip that the mind, emotion and idea hold on us to experience the reality of who we are. We need to be pushed beyond the mind into consciousness and feeling and as such is the dark night of the soul within us who are awakening.
It is a form of madness and a time of rebirth that accompanies us into awakening. We must release our outer identity and embrace again the root identity within our existence. Only then can we experience and feel the joy and bliss that comes from the wholeness of our being joined into existence.Bookmark and Share

Feel it and Know

When you strip away all the outer identification of the mind, you simply are. Silence is the coat of many colors that surrounds you and you feel uneasy at first.
This is the mind saying,” Where do we go?”
Nothing can be done in the silence, but to feel it and allow it to reveal the many reflections of your being to you. You are one with existence here, as a feeling creature and you do not identify any longer with the customs of society or the ideals of humanity. You simply ARE and that is enough for the universe.
The inner life and universe naturally reveals itself to you as you allow it. The longer that you identify with the “I” of your ego the longer it takes for this to be revealed to you. Like bubbles in a pond your awareness and awakening happen gradually as the deep truth of existence is revealed in you like those bubbles that rise to the surface of your consciousness.
To know is to BE and you no longer can identify with that which you think you are, but you are reminded through your awareness that which you truly are in consciousness. You are the way, the truth and the life and you have always been.

Big Little Book of Whispers: Robert S. Cosmar

Introduction:

As we grow older, we start to question our old belief system. Maybe secretly, we even begin to wonder, "Is this all there is?"

Society, our parents, even our schools and churches, have always told us how and what to think and believe. We sense there is more -- maybe we even 'know' there is more, but we aren't sure how to find what the 'more' actually is.

I would like to recommend a book that will help you to find your own answers. It's time, now, to ‘know’ who you truly are.

Sincerely,
C.J. Heck

Big Little Book of Whispers
by Robert S. Cosmar

About the Book:

The heart speaks in the language of feelings; words are the tools used to convey those feelings to others.

This book is for the aware and the newly aware, and for anyone who is ready to open their heart and look into the self.

The Big Little Book of Whispers is a 520-page collection of short insights (whispers) which speak to the heart and reveal the true nature of your inner life.

Each insight (whisper) is a view into that inner life and designed to assist the mind by creating a bridge between intellect and intuition.

For the mentally-oriented, this book may seem odd, childish, or even silly, but for those who wonder and yearn for more awareness of the true self, it will be a gateway to the eternity that exists within.
