The Awakened Ones

The aware cannot be influenced by the ideas of another.

They stand upon the rock of awareness within them.

An aware person cannot be shaken by the ideas of another, because they have found the source of all truth, their truth and rest within the knowingness of their beingness. They are an individual in the highest and deepest sense of their nature.

They exist within the knowingness of consciousness and the oneness of existence. Who they are and what they are one within. All seeking is gone. It is all about what is revealed to them who are aware in consciousness.

They exist to KNOW.

Do no Harm

The aware do not seek to influence, they assist in the revelation of truth to our consciousness. They touch us in a place that we cannot yet see within us.

Awareness is a part of the body of our consciousness within. It is more of whom we truly are.

All ideas, the mind and ego are projections away from our true identity and our source of life. They are the platform existence uses so we can remember ourselves in consciousness.

All creation is a reflection of who we are and what we carry within us.

It is a part of our journey to remember how we created this, so we can return to the source of our being.

Maturity

A mature man or woman will place their attention on awareness and consciousness. They have learned that fulfillment of the ego and mind is futile. The desires of the flesh can be addictive and bring no lasting peace.

The mind and ego crave to satisfy the body. They hunger to perpetuate a cycle of addiction, if our attention is not turned within to the finer energies of our being. They understand that if they can own the body they will block the feeling awareness into the soul.

It has been said that the body is a temple and as such it should be given the respect it is due. The pleasing of the flesh is not wrong, unless it is all that we identity within ourselves.

The Egg or the Chicken?

The ego created the mind.

The mind was not formed until the ego had separated from the essence of existence. It was needed for the ego to survive and flourish in its new environment.

The mind and ego have skillfully formed this illusion of the world and perpetuated it by establishing beliefs as an essential ingredient of its nature.

The mind and the world are a stage for the ego to perform and beliefs are the actors we cherish and adore to watch play in the sandbox of life.

The Ego that would be God

The ego takes ideas and makes them into Gods. The mind seeks absolutes and in time finds that there are none.

Reality to the ego is only what it can know with the physical senses. To the aware reality is what we feel and know within our consciousness. It is in the personal knowing of our self that reality and truth manifest naturally to us. Truth and Reality are the flowering of consciousness.

The mind wants and the ego stubbornly resists anything or anyone that challenges its control over our false identity.

Creativity

Those who exist solely in the mind and ego are seldom creative.

Creativity comes from the living intelligence of existence. It is a partner of awareness and love.

Creativity rises within our being and renews us totally to the core of our being. It refreshes us.

Creativity rises with existence, it rises within awareness and is an essential part of the truth. It is free to express. The mind is a slave and it follows orders only. It copies behavior and cannot act creatively on its own without help from intuition and awareness.

The Suffering

The mind uses guilt to keep us prisoners of the imagination.

Emotions are a trap of the unconscious to bind us to the false identity.

Until we are clear within our awareness as to our true identity we suffer at the feet of the mind, imagination and unconscious. We are attached to the opinions of others and suffer a conflict of identity.

The aware are attached to nothing. They are empty. They are receivers of the universal conscious knower and they are one.

The God of our Imagination

True prayer is silent communion with existence in the knowingness of our being. It is non-spoken and there is

no asking of favors. It is the silent enjoyment of existence within the soul of our nature.

The ego loves to pray, beg, bargain and steal God’s attention. It wants to change the rules of the game in its favor. It seeks control from the illusionary controller of the universe.

When we pray according to the demands of our ego we inflate our own and we diminish our power through slavery to the unknown god and become a prisoner to our own imagination.

The Center of it All

We are the center of the universe. We create our reality either from our awareness or our unconsciousness.

Duality exists because our minds capture our attention and direct it outward into thoughts, ideas and pleasure of the ego.

In our awareness the knower reveals all things which are true and manifested in existence. The knower is the infinite consciousness of which we are one with. No division exists within the knower, it reveals what is to us.

The knower is the only one that can reveal to us what is true for us. Outside our inner knower exists only that which cannot be known, because it exists in the realm of the unreal.

The Wonder of our Being

The heart holds the key to the reality of existence and of you. When it opens, a flood of conscious awareness

rushes in; followed by an overpowering love that bathes you in the light of pure consciousness. It washes away the imprint of the mind and ego and you are bathed in an energy bath of pure innocent awareness. You are consumed by life and within it; no more separation of self exists. You become a child again and are filled with the wonder of your being. Wholeness is a flood of awareness rising within an awakened heart and soul.

Be Real

Relationships of all kinds are built on the foundation of communication. Within the communication we must decide to establish the pillars of trust, vulnerability and intimacy. Without them we cannot establish a loving openness and a healing presence.

It is the failure to establish the three pillars that prevents the rich exchange of authentic human interaction based in reality between two people and not contaminated by the imagination or the unconscious.

We must choose to reveal ourselves to others or to wait for the moment when it feels right. Not everyone will accept us, because the thought of trusting, being vulnerable and intimate is frightening to them. Choose wisely who you reveal yourself to and let them decide if they are ready to join in.

Walk Alone

If you wish to become aware forget about everything that you have learned and been taught about it and meditate. Assume that what your mind believes is incorrect and misleading.

The shortcut to awakening is an ability to feel within the consciousness the knower and act as a witness of it. Only the knower can reveal the inner nature of reality and truth. Our minds and the teachings of the ages cannot do it.

Truth is void of all opinions concerning it. It is a personal revelation to each person that enters the private temple of their being. Nothing in the mind of yourself or others can prepare you for the revelation of either your personal truth or universal truth. It is a private and personal revelation to you alone.

Walk alone, walk within your own consciousness and feel the majesty of the journey as it was meant to be experienced.

Know the Knower

The knower is important to those who seek communion with existence. While the mind and ego communicate in the language of physical existence, the knower reveals the inner landscape of consciousness and our union with the truth.

We establish a relationship with the knower in our feelings as we surrender into silence. The mind relinquishes control and the ego becomes silent. It appears within us as a living memory or an aspect of us that knows and always has.

It is this revelation within the body of our consciousness that can trigger deeper and more meaningful realizations in truth. It is like a person who was paralyzed and then they begin to feel other parts of their body awakening to them. Now they can feel the parts that previously were numb to their senses.

The Flow

Our awareness gives us permission to create our own reality.

Awareness is the energy of existence flowing into time and space. There are no goals for the aware, only following the whispers of our awareness and creating from them. We manifest in partnership with existence, not according to our selfish desires.

The aware manifest effortlessly in communion with existence and according to the intentions of our higher good.

We Know

WE KNOW, the problem is that we believe we don’t.

Our consciousness knows all that there is to know or that we need to know, but total reliance on the mind prevents the revelation within our feelings of the truth of both ourselves and the nature of reality.

The awareness that comes through our feelings is the key to all revelations concerning consciousness. It is when we trust ourselves completely and do not rely on anyone or anything outside our consciousness that this reveals itself to us.

Our feelings are like a drop of water in the ocean; they dissolve into the truth within us and reveal more of the nature of our unrealized self.

As this revelation expands we become aware of the true nature of all things that can be known and experienced within.

A Quality of Heart

It’s not the size of the group that matters, but the depth of awareness of each member.

The aware speak in a language of silence and feelings and behind the multitude of words is either the loving melody of existence or the traffic jam of the road rage of the mind.

Each aware heart adds to the depth and richness of our sharing or our minds can tear us into a thousand pieces. We are being asked to share from within the sacred silence of our being and not promote the agenda of the mind or the ego.

Feelings Matter

Our feelings are important, because they put us in communion with the life force and existence.

Below our emotions and the influences of the unconscious lies the rich bed of our feeling awareness and our connection to the universal body of light and being. We are only human by our identification with the mind and ego. We transcend this through our awareness in the light body. In essence we become whole within.

Many must first feel the baggage that they are carrying before they will recognize that beyond it is a freedom that only awareness can bring. Their attention must turn from without to within.

Our Higher Body

Our higher power is our awareness of our beingness, it is the body of light consciousness.

The distance we are away from it is based on where we place our attention and our lack of awareness of it. It is not separate from us, it is us, but it is shielded by the mind and ego and a lack of attention to it.

The intention of our higher power is to work in conjunction with the universe to create a better life for us and others. This power is not for controlling, but creating and manifesting a greater good for all.

We become powerful in our awareness when we create and manifest the truth of our being in everyday life. The greatest gift of our higher power is the healing recognition of our oneness with all life and existence.
