The more that the heart is open, the greater the revelation of existence and the clearer your awareness. Awareness identifies you with existence, it removes your identification with ideas and thoughts. The experiences of your life are not mind generated anymore, they are moved by the winds of awareness within the sail of your consciousness and you glide on the ocean of peace within. It is trusting yourself again and most importantly trusting life. To trust life is to be true to your nature and to reveal the majesty of love that is within us all.
