Pain is the inability of the mind and ego to establish a permanent identity. It is the crumbling of beliefs and a consciousness naked of form.Pain is simply being in the void with nowhere to run and surrender is the only option left to consider.
The mind and ego cry for fulfillment, but none is ever discovered, so ego and mind must dissolve into nothingness.
Truth and Identity surface within, as fear loses its grip over the need to control outcomes.

Pain - yes, I know it well. Sometimes, physical, emotional or mental; it's pain just the same. Pain, is "being in a void" you say. Sometimes yes and sometimes no. The pain we suffer inside can't be seen by others, so many times it invisible to those who are not close to us. Physical pain, is much different, it shows on your face and at times heard through an anguished cry from deep within your soul that can no longer be held inside. We can only seek medical treatment or learn to live with it. as many of us do. Thank you, CJ and Robert for sharing a portion of what pain is to you. May God Bless both of you.
