The Clueless Mind

The mystery of life is only a mystery for the mind.

Mind does not directly know anything.  It catalogs, memorizes, collects, analyzes, thinks, believes and observes, but has no direct experience of anything.

It is a tool for living in the physical world, not for knowing the world of feelings and awareness.

It is a companion for the ego to create an experimental identity for a lifetime, then perishes at death.

There is no mind after death.  It would separate us from the reality of existence.

The Law

The law is the enemy of the heart, a curse on the soul, making us prisoners to beliefs and the slaves of others.

For the fearful and rebellious, it is a necessary impediment to their selfish intent and actions.  To the well-intentioned and well-meaning, it becomes an unbearable weight of tyranny to the soul.

It promises more than it can deliver and in the wrong hands, it supports unjust power and a slavery of the masses.

There can be no equality under the law and its justice is an illusion of the self-righteous.
