Always ask yourself, "What do they want from me?" Is it money for the keys to the gate of heaven or someone else to share their belief and create a larger following. False prophets, teachers and priests always want something from you and it is not most importantly your money, but to make you a prisoner by influencing your mind. They feel that you are not smart enough to know on your own, so they will interpret for you. They will charge you large sums of money and say it is valuable and worth it and then tell you the same thing that can be bought in a book for $8.95. They use spiritual ideas to prey on your vulnerability and while they hope to be rich they leave you thirsting for the truth and the next huckster to pick your pocket.
