Hypnotism is dangerous

Hypnotism is dangerous. When you allow anyone to place you in an altered state of consciousness you open yourself up to suggestion from them and also those forces that work in the unconscious and the aura of deception that surrounds the earth. Your mind and ego , while preventing you from becoming more aware do act as a protective shield against influences that can trouble the mind of a person. No matter what a hypnotist says about protecting you, they have no authority to command these influences and you are basically accepting their word alone and risking that unpleasant aspects of your shadow and unconscious may surface. I can only say, "Do it at your own risk." The danger of a Ouija board is not the board or the entities potentially that can be accessed through it, but the level of suggestibility of the person or persons using it. This creates the contact that can bring unwanted problems into a person's life.  The universe can and does protect you within the feeling nature of your awareness, but it cannot violate the free will within your mind and ego to try to take shortcuts, however these shortcuts are into a world most know little of and are not properly guided into.
