The lazy man's God
Little things mean a lot. Take for example the oft used word “God” for that which can’t be seen or known or often understood. People use this word to create religions and describe anything that normal experience can’t define. You may ask what is wrong with using this word? Plenty actually, it implies that a singular humanlike entity is calling the shots of existence and running the show. What people don’t recognize or admit is the subtility with which this projected idea creates a belief in the mind that this must be true. It is simpler to accept God as the creator of all things and also the savior of them too. Personal responsibility and the freedom to just be a conscious point of light or awareness is absurd because it actually means we have to dig deep within our personal reality and admit we have flaws along with the possibility to heal them if we choose to become aware. You will never heal or become aware if you wait for “God” to do it, but if you accept who you are, where you are and your life as it is, you can begin a inner search within your reality that will make you more aware and conscious of the nature of this idea we call “God”.
