Know Yourself

Most people will believe in anything, but themselves.

They are staunch supporters of either their imagination, or the imagination of others.
They will follow anyone persuasive and cunning of thought, or words.

It is too painful for them to look into themselves and face the naked truth. They wish for a person, or idea, to rescue and save them from the work that leads to awareness.

Truth is for those strong enough to follow their awareness into the knowledge of inner being.

Do You Feel?

The universe cares not if you go to psychics, astrologers, tarot readers, numerologists, therapists and counselors, or whether you meditate, chant, or say a rosary.  It asks only, “Do you feel?”

The art of feeling reaches beyond mind and imagination and opens the door of consciousness. Feeling is awareness in motion and consciousness reaching beyond any limitations of thought, mind, and imagination. It is meditation on the moment of our beingness and its truth.

The mysteries of life are buried within our feelings and only revealed through awareness of them.

It is through the simplicity of ‘feeling’ that we receive our healing.

True Teacher

A teacher of words is not a true teacher. They merely communicate ideas to the mind.

A true teacher speaks to the heart and soul from the heart of their soul. They paint the energy of truth on the canvas of our feelings, helping us recognize and discover our own truth within.

The true teacher is skillful, working with the silence, speaking in a language beyond words and imagination. They become the presence of what they teach in wisdom’s light.

True teaching is beyond thought, words, and deeds. It is the breath of the universe breathing life into us.

Beyond the Breath

We are the conduit life breathes through. 

Like actors, playing roles century after century, we are the beginning and the end of it all.

Truth is not found in the acting, or the images of the mind.

When we know the breath, we will know life, and truth reveals the mystery.

To Become

The discovery of truth is the discovery of self.

Lost in the mind and imagination for eons we have been looking outside self for our meaning – we can’t be both, the water, and the bucket!  Both are useful, but not the same in function, or essence.

Our identities are built upon mind, imagination, thought and emotion. Our beliefs are the stage we act upon and our misery is based in our emptiness of being.

Our feelings embrace the essence of our being and sum up the totality of who we are, or can be. They answer all questions without explanation and reveal what is true and real.

To feel is to know and to know is to become.

The mind may describe a billion things, but it is the heart that knows and understands.

Simplicity

Many will disagree with the whispers, because they seem too simple, too easy, and yet too hard to realize and embrace. Many can feel them, but few experience them in reality.

Our ego wants pride in accomplishment, but a whisper makes it useless to it. A frustrated ego struggles to surrender to the simplicity of a whisper, and refuses to let go.

Gentle living whispers of love, light, and truth are what we become, if we’ll allow the seed of a whisper
to blossom into our conscious awareness.

The Whole Truth

If a truth does not reveal our true nature, it is not our truth.

Words cannot convey, or relay, the experience of truth. They can relate to the mind and imagination, but not the actual reality within our consciousness.

Truth is our living awareness of being within our consciousness, and life beyond our mind within awareness of ourselves.

To be true to self, we must first know what is true about us in our consciousness.

Essence

We cannot know our spirit, or our essence, through the mind.

Essence is the feeling of life within us, the truth within our being-ness. Mind seeks, essence is.

Truth is a revelation of our nature within our being; our essence and the nature of reality.

Love is the essence of existence and our nature, when we feel the truth within us.

We live beyond time and space when we feel our essence and allow our natural self to emerge in consciousness.

Awareness Is

Awareness is life, unburdened by mind and judgment.

It is freedom of consciousness to explore the unknown and forgotten.

Awareness is our soul breathing life into our consciousness and heart.

It is the pure identity of our being within.

Awareness, Truth, and Being are the trinity of life and the soul of existence.

Cheerleaders

The experience of awareness is devoid of angels, aliens, spirit guides and gurus. They are not needed. 

Why have a mediator to our soul and the universe when we already have a pipeline into existence? We don’t need cheerleaders to become one with existence.

The curious and unconfident seek out such phenomena to be entertained, not transformed. It titillates the imagination and reminds them of similar stories taught by religions.

The unconscious mind is a cesspool of phenomena, almost real, but not real, polluting the imagination and deceiving our perceptions. It compels us to think we know, when we do not.

There is only one way to our truth and that is knowing through awareness.

The Challenge

To be aware, we must challenge all that is sacred to the mind.

Awareness, like meditation, is the science of seeking truth through our personal experience of reality.

Reality is not based on the experience of others, or of anything. It is a personal journey into truth through our awareness.

We must come to know and trust self – no one can do it for us.

Our Life

 Life is a presence of being, the capacity to be conscious in the moment.

It follows no path, but expresses itself spontaneously throughout eternity in infinite ways.

Our life is a distraction within the infinite. Our attention gives us form and identity, but above all, we are the presence beyond it all.

Our truth is a realization of this.

Water Under the Bridge

 New Age is the religion of the imagination, just as Christianity is the religion of emotion.

Awareness is the awakening of consciousness into the soul of existence, the birth of the knower in us. It is not a religion, because you cannot hold the wind in your hands. It is life expanding our consciousness and the truth confirming our identity.

The masses still cling to emotions and imagination as their sense of truth and reality, but reality is not emotional, or a false creation of the imagination. Reality is our personal identity in consciousness without deception of the mind and imagination to color it.

We know truth as we know ourselves. Truth is not given to us by anyone.

Stories of truth and what truth is are exaggerations of the unconscious and a trickery of the imagination. Be wary of anyone or anything that says “Come here and see truth”.   If it is not found within you, it is not found at all.

Revelation

 The ultimate answer cannot be sought.  It must be revealed. 

Truth cannot be held in an idea, a theology or the mind, nor by following commandments, or obeying a church cannon.  Truth must be revealed!

Oneness is the revelation of our truth, our personal truth, as it is revealed to us.  It is revealed only when we are ready for it -- no one can give it to us.

All ideas stand in the way of truth and oneness, because ideas try to ‘explain’ what truth and oneness are.  They cannot convey the “experience of them”.

Through awareness, the body of truth is experienced, as it is revealed through us, and to us.

Direct Experience

We do not become aware by our mind remembering. We become aware by deeply feeling. 

Our thoughts and memories float on the surface of our consciousness, while awareness rises from the depths of our conscious reality within.

Knowing is the gift of awareness, the revelation of our true identity. Knowing never describes.  It is the direct experience of that which is known.

Seeing is Knowing

To see clearly, is to ‘know’ without question. When the inner search is over, the clouds part, and we see the sun that we are.

Knowing comes from within, not only from without.
 
The mind yearns to know, but awareness reveals that it cannot know. Mind is suited only for observation, not discovering the depth of our being.

Truth is lived, not sought.
 
We are one with all life, and it does not need a mind to exist.  Life needs only awareness and the conscious freedom to explore itself.

Now, or Never

 Those who are aware, know they are aware right now. They are not seeking to believe and become, in a future time.

There is nothing to attain, because they know who and what they are in consciousness, whereas, the believer always hopes to attain, but never does.

The aware live in the moment of Now and they understand all effort is a waste of time and energy. They know the struggle and release of the mind were necessary to bring their attention back to the source within. 

They regret nothing and realize everything was perfect on their journey back to self.

Reality, or Imagination?

 What is real cannot be imagined, or it would not be real.

Reality is not the property of mind, imagination, thought, or idea. It is the conscious ‘knowing’ of what is real, permanent, and eternal. 

Reality never changes, but can express itself in a billion other ways. It is the energy and essence of life-consciousness.

People all over the world are worshiping what is in their imagination, not the reality of existence. Imaginary prayers are being offered to imaginary gods, with hope as the glue that binds them. But what about reality?

Individual egos pretend to surrender to the greatest ego of all. The temporary god [idea] takes responsibility for everything and we are merely slaves.

An idea can be replaced by another idea, but truth is never replaceable.

Proof?

Proof is what we feel within

There is no proof.  There is only realization. 

The mind seeks proof and the most important kind is invisible to the mind.

Truth, Wisdom, Life, Enlightenment, God and Reality are realized in living consciousness. They cannot be proved in the mind.  Ideas speculate, theories hypothesize, making the mind go round in circles.

The truth is revealed through the awareness of our total being and the nature of our consciousness. Truth rises to the surface when we stop asking for proof.

The meditator stops seeking proof and allows for the realization of what cannot be proved, only known within.

Worship Our Becoming

 If we worship another, then we remain in duality. We have not fully entered the path within.

Through awareness, we learn to worship the essence of our nature and the truth of existence within the temple of our own consciousness. Our worship is a realization of truth and oneness. It is rejoicing within our being.

True worship is to fill ourselves with the awareness of eternity, to know our godliness as beings of light.

Worship no person, or image -- only the awareness of who you are becoming.
