"We all have an inner voice, our personal whisper from the universe.
All we have to do is listen -- feel and sense it with an open heart.
Sometimes it whispers of intuition or precognition. Other times,
it whispers an awareness, a remembrance from another plane.
Dare to listen. Dare to hear with your heart."

Silence Speaks

Silence Speaks
The purpose of silence is to hear the inner sound of existence. In the quiet of our feelings, existence will reveal itself to us.

Feelings speak to us in waves of consciousness. In the silence, we know (or remember) immediately. Time is not a factor and space is not an ingredient.

We know, because we are, and the truth breathes with us in consciousness.

Silence reveals the sound of existence.  It is the quiet “knowing” of the truth, as it speaks within us.

Namaste.

Knowing Love

Knowing Love
It is not enough to think we have found love. The world is full of people who think and hope they have found it.

The depth of their so-called love is no deeper than their bodies and the over-stimulation of their emotions. They lack the knowing necessary to weather the storms of love’s healing adventures.

To them, love is an idea in the mind and a fantasy. It goes no deeper than emotion.

Real love is like an artist with a beautiful vision they want to put on canvas for all to see. It starts as a knowing vision between two people and blossoms over time into a rich and intimate union of mind, body, and consciousness.

Love comes unannounced and usually when all hope is gone. It is natural and deeper than any emotion. True love is always tested and at times, it seems it could be lost, but to those who have learned the mystery of love, life, and themselves, they realize it is just another opportunity to heal and face the fears we all carry inside.

Love and truth are not a destination, but a process of realization, in which we know that we know, even if we are not sure how.

Namaste.

Know Yourself

Most people will believe in anything, but themselves.

They are staunch supporters of either their imagination, or the imagination of others.
They will follow anyone persuasive and cunning of thought, or words.

It is too painful for them to look into themselves and face the naked truth. They wish for a person, or idea, to rescue and save them from the work that leads to awareness.

Truth is for those strong enough to follow their awareness into the knowledge of inner being.

Spiritual Growth

We only need to know ourselves through awareness, not follow commandments, techniques, prayers, meditations, or rituals.

All of these appease the mind and ego, but give a false belief that we are progressing spiritually -- we are not.

The purpose of awareness is to make us fully conscious, knowing our truth and its reality. All else are mind games for the ego.

When we think we are progressing spiritually by following any advice or instruction, we are not. Only through surrender and an emptiness of self, do we realize our true spiritual nature in consciousness.

True spiritual healing and wholeness is feeling everything we can be aware of within our consciousness.

Desirelessness

The desire to be enlightened, aware, awakened, or spiritual, comes from the ego.

Ego would like us to believe we must search and work for wholeness and truth and it will happen, if we only find the right idea, formula, mantra, prayer or technique.  But those merely distract us and keep us from dealing directly within ourselves.

Through mind and imagination, we become believers, not knowers.  We are led away from the true source of wholeness and revelation and our experiences become inauthentic.

Meditation, surrender, and the silence are invitations to truth, a relinquishing of desire, which reveal the truth within:  We already are that which we seek in our knowing, through lack of desire.

The Challenge

To be aware, we must challenge all that is sacred to the mind.

Awareness, like meditation, is the science of seeking truth through our personal experience of reality.

Reality is not based on the experience of others, or of anything. It is a personal journey into truth through our awareness.

We must come to know and trust self – no one can do it for us.

Outside

Some people believe the mind shares truth, reality and knowledge, but it can only share ideas, thoughts and perceptions.

Mind cannot unite with reality, or truth, because it stands outside of consciousness and observes.  Mind merely gives an opinion of all that is, because it cannot experience it.

Awareness is conscious ‘knowing’. For truth and reality to be known, they must be experienced in consciousness.

We cannot ‘know’ anything with our minds and believe it is true, or real, without a conscious awareness of our true nature.

Seeing is Knowing

To see clearly, is to ‘know’ without question. When the inner search is over, the clouds part, and we see the sun that we are.

Knowing comes from within, not only from without.

The mind yearns to know, but awareness reveals that it cannot know. Mind is suited only for observation, not discovering the depth of our being.

Truth is lived, not sought.

We are one with all life, and it does not need a mind to exist.  Life needs only awareness and the conscious freedom to explore itself.
