Beliefs exist for the sole purpose of allowing people to deal with and confront the fear within them. It is a way to avoid dealing with feelings and self discovery. It is the way people have been manipulated and controlled for centuries. People choose to believe because of a deep lack of trust of self brought mainly by organizations dedicated to the idea that they know God's will and him or her personally. Today beliefs are more cunning, they promise much more and offer fairy tales endings that please people like children's stories did when they were young. They offer freedom, powers, healing and unique gifts if you will simply believe. They appeal to the imagination and the ignorance within people who have no practical understanding of their inner life. Any belief that you accept or buy into is a forgery of the real awareness you are seeking. Only knowing can set you free from the hucksters, the cons and the users that prey on people determined to be victims rather than free to know their truth.
