Fantasies or Truth?

Most people prefer to be caught in the fantasies of life, rather than to know the truth.

The mind and imagination under the control of the ego seek fulfillment in illusions, which fulfill the lust and desire of the body and mind. What is real within is ignored and avoided. What is felt as true is never encountered, or known, as reality.

Intimacy within the personal self and honest intimacy between hearts is the only way to know and experience truth. 

Healing only occurs when honesty with intimacy is experienced within, or with another.

Truth has no goal, other than the realization of our being.
