Knowing is Trust
Trusting self is trusting our inner knowing of the truth within us -- the truth revealed through awareness and our feelings. This description alone does not reveal the truth behind it..
Trusting our self has nothing to do with the mind. The mind will never trust itself, because it does not know self, nor can it. The mind can only hold onto the present identity that we hold of ourself and life, or one that we are seeking, or one that we used to identify with.
The mind never trusts, it only hopes and dreams, memorizes, analyzes, and remembers.
The mind never trusts, it only hopes and dreams, memorizes, analyzes, and remembers.
If we know self, there is no need to trust that knowing, because knowing has a certainty that is even beyond trust. In other words, do we now trust that we are alive, or do we consciously accept that we are?
