The Breath
The “in “ breath anchors us in the physical world and our
bodies. It supports the mind and ego and allows us conscious energy to move in
space and time. It is a companion to our attention in everyday life.
The “out” breath is a surrender of all that is outside us
and a reminder that we must all turn within. It is a release of our outer
attention and the first step towards relinquishing control.
The breath accompanies our attention and assists in
revealing the mechanics behind how our consciousness functions within
existence. The breath is the life force manifesting in both time and space and
also the silence. It is the presence of us dwelling in existence.
