We all have to find our place within the vision through our individual awareness. Remember the vision is not something like an idea that the mind would try to realize, it is silent and personal, individualized and without fanfare. It is your own unique expression of the eternal in that place that you find yourself. There will be no groups to join and no leaders to follow. You will know instinctively like salmon do when to swim up stream or like geese and fly south for the winter. The vision is not a movement of the mind or ideas, but a harmonizing of hearts and souls to a grand plan of awakening. We do not have to change anyone but ourselves, nor should we, and in that realization all hearts begin to gravitate to others in the proper time. It will never be group movements that change the world, but humbled hearts that recognize truth and what is the greater good for all. Love of ourselves first and our fellow man will compel us all to give birth to the vision.
