Life expresses itself uniquely each moment. It is a spontaneous expression of being that flows effortlessly from within us. It has the qualities of pure joy and freedom within it. Its depth is unlimited and its purpose is creative and healing. It shows us the potential fullness of our being, if we do not limit it with our minds, thoughts, concepts and beliefs. It does not need to be labeled or told what it is. No permission is needed to allow it to be what it is. It is simply the natural essence of our being, the truth of who we are and always will be.
