Are you in touch?

When you are not in touch with you, you are not in touch with the universe. You cannot be real and authentic, if you are out of touch with the universe. What you say, speak and do are programmed conscious and unconscious responses. You will say what other people say, do what they do, buy what they buy and you will think you are being a true individual, but you are not. You are a clone, a robot and a copy of the mindset of humanity as it now is. Deep inside you may be painfully torn between pleasing others and a sense you are selling something out. You are caught between the fear of disappointing others and the fear of rebelling within to find your truth. It can be lonely at first as you separate from the masses of humanity blindly obeying and following others like sheep, but sooner or later you will find those warriors of the heart who dare to reclaim their innocence and choose to be in touch again with the universe.
