"We all have an inner voice, our personal whisper from the universe.
All we have to do is listen -- feel and sense it with an open heart.
Sometimes it whispers of intuition or precognition. Other times,
it whispers an awareness, a remembrance from another plane.
Dare to listen. Dare to hear with your heart."

Hostages of the Imagination

There is no fear in the moment.  Fear only exists in the imagination. The mind, thoughts and  emotions are all hostages of the imagination. Our identity in the mind is mostly imagination and without the anchor of our awareness, we are victims of the unconscious. We assume a role that is not real, not us.
Mental illness happens when a person is lost on the sea of the unconscious, without awareness and cannot find their way back home. They become swept away in a wave of dark thought, emotion, and imaginary influences. Their identity no longer comes from the truth within them.
It is still possible for them to find their way back home, but not until the false identity and the ego come crashing down around them. In that silent emptiness they may be able to recognize their true identity in consciousness once again.

Real Beauty

Beauty appears when the original essence of existence touches our hearts and souls. Carbon copies of originals feel hollow and fake. They look right to the outer senses, but feel wrong to the truth deep within. We know they are not originals

We know when we are not in touch with our inner beauty. We feel hollow and untrue to ourselves. We feel fake in our expression.

Either we are in touch with our original essence, or we are pretending to be real, like actors in a play. The truth about us is still unknown to us and others.

We play hide and seek within the thoughts and idea of our minds and seldom touch the truth, because not yet have we learned to simply feel and trust the essence of it within ourselves.

Promises! Promises!

Without awareness, our beliefs are like snake oil. They promise much, but deliver little. They promise healing, salvation, enlightenment and even nirvana.

The world believes in hopes and wishes, that saviors past, present or future will rescue us, but the truth is, the world is the kingdom of the mind and ego. Selfishness is the religion of the masses and those that govern them.

Awareness may not make us rich or famous, but it does help us work in harmony with existence and it shows that giving to others from the heart is preferable to scheming to take it away from others.

The unaware lack fear and always scheme to the disadvantage of others.

Mistaken Identity

It is our identity that matters, not our image. The mind takes a picture in consciousness of an idea, or 8sdfjgsdfg (1)image, and a person creates a forgery that has nothing to do with the reality of who they are. They hunger to accept themselves in clothes that fit just right, but never do.
Identity is an awareness of and in consciousness. It is pure being without the clutter of the mind and imagination. Nothing needs to be added to it, because it is fullness flowing within existence.

All realizations are within awareness and there is no separation within consciousness. We are always at the center of our awareness and it is this awareness that reveals our true identity in consciousness. It reveals what we appear to be in existence, as conscious knowing intelligence.
Spirituality for many is an idea, or an image, of something to embrace and aspire to become. Awareness embraces life, eternity, existence, death and the consciousness that we possess and are.

Awareness is the last stop on the journey home and the answer to the question, “Who Am I?”

The Unspeakable

There is no ultimate truth, other than infinite possibilities. It is useless to call anyone’s truth the only truth, because life is the only truth and it is infinite. There is no final destination in life or truth -- it is all infinite being within infinite existence.

Beliefs are fine, if you want to label life and judge it, but it is no longer life we are experiencing.

Death is attention placed in ideas and beliefs and the lack of full awareness of that which we are. It is the mind trying to be God with the help of the ego. Real life is replaced with the illusions of the mind.

Feelings, as revealed in and through our awareness, are fragments of our conscious being and nature. It is only when we deny them that we fall asleep to our true nature and the illusion of death controls our beliefs, ideas, and actions. There we stop living and being or becoming. Stagnation is the price of all limitations, beliefs, and ideas. Our identity has transferred from infinity to mortality.

Are we Real or Imagination?

Our minds are mostly imagination. We imagine the future; we imagine the past, and we even sdfgksjdfhgsdfguimagine the NOW. Seldom are we ever within the truth. Seldom do we know what is real within and without.
The mind and ego lust to fill their emptiness with anything to establish an identity and to avoid confronting the silence within. Within the silence, the mind and ego must dissolve into the truth within.
It is in the emptiness that we see what is real and feel it. The mind is constantly chasing thoughts, while the ego hopes to embrace one and call it real, call it YOU.

Growing in Awareness

To grow in awareness, we must constantly examine our feelings in the light of our consciousness. We must allow the pain, emotions, and feelings to teach us and guide us to ever new revelations of who we are, what we are avoiding, and most importantly, the way to move beyond our resistance to surrendering.
The mind and ego provide a resistance to awakening and awareness. The unconscious looms as an unknown territory of often scary thoughts and emotions that block our freedom in awareness.
It is the purpose of the inner teacher and awareness to reveal our true inner nature in light and help us to understand the purpose of the ego and the unconscious while not avoiding or punishing them.
The ego is the medium through we can express our individuality without losing our awareness of what is real and true. The ego can act as a conduit, or a messenger, of what is true, but it can never take credit for them. The ego must always remain transparent to the truth, it can never assume it is the truth.

Who is Teaching You?

Isn't the belief that you need a teacher a trap of duality? There is no teacher for the individual, other than their inner awareness. Is some of the knowingness of awareness an illusion?  Maybe. Maybe not.

All we have is ourselves and the experiences within ourselves. Even the masters agree on this, but isn't it odd that people continue to try and find a pearl in their dead words and not within their own consciousness ,,.

The knower is not an observer. This is the substance of our truth and the inner reality. It does not matter what you label it, it is the part of us that knows beyond our beliefs and the only real teacher into our deeper consciousness.

I agree, it is not the ultimate truth or awareness of ultimate reality, but it is the only eyes we have in the inner world to see our ultimate truth in consciousness.

The purpose of the whispers is to speak to those who have left traditional teachings, masters, and religions and are following their hearts to a greater realization of self within. They are guideposts for some, but not for all.

Knowing is Trust

Trusting self is trusting our inner knowing of the truth within us -- the truth revealed through awareness and our feelings. This description alone does not reveal the truth behind it..
Trusting our self has nothing to do with the mind. The mind will never trust itself, because it does not know self, nor can it. The mind can only hold onto the present identity that we hold of ourself and life, or one that we are seeking, or one that we used to identify with.

The mind never trusts, it only hopes and dreams, memorizes, analyzes, and remembers.
If we know self, there is no need to trust that knowing, because knowing has a certainty that is even beyond trust. In other words, do we now trust that we are alive, or do we consciously accept that we are?

The Spiritual Ego

That which does not speak to us directly and cannot be applied realistically without the use of the imagination is flawed in consciousness and deception in the most subtle way.

What good does it do to pump up our imagination with steroids of fantasies and imagery that build up the spiritual ego and distract us from an encounter with our true inner being?

The ego loves to be spiritual and the imagination is the perfect place for it to create false gods, religions, images, and ideas -- none of which are true for us.

Truth is not discovered in the next greatest idea about God and the universe. Truth is discovered within our awareness and only there.

We can only know what we discover within self.  All the rest is deception and the playground of the spiritual ego.

The Throne

The opposite of desire is beingness

When the mind and ego are devoid of desire, the natural being within manifests as consciousness in our consciousness. This is why effort is useless towards becoming aware, because effort requires desire.

The mind and ego need desire to create a false identity and to pull you away from your natural state of being.
Surrender and witnessing are the keys to awakening.  Through them, we relinquish desire and permit awareness to reveal our inner nature and being.

There is no effort in awareness. We become aware as we surrender from effort.
Silence within is the perfect state of awareness. It is devoid of desire and all effort. Silence experienced in witnessing deepens awareness and reveals an identity that requires no effort or desire to simply BE.

This is the throne of the I AM consciousness.

The Knower

The moment we direct our attention within, we stand at the door to awareness.

As our silence grows,uni2 our feelings expand and blossom into conscious knowing.
No longer are we searching through ideas, concepts, and thoughts for identity and meaning. Finally the seeker has become the sought and the knower is the known.
Truth is no longer experienced as a mental concept.   We now feel the truth in us and as us. All that remains is awareness and the feelings of forever within.
The truth is not far away -- only the mind and the ego stand in its way.

When we witness the mind, we are also open to witnessing the truth in our awareness.

Knowing is the feeling that accompanies awareness.
