Remember a time when you wept deeply and maybe bitterly because you lost someone or something that you cherished deeply and after the weeping you felt clean and free of the pain, sorrow and torment of mind. That is what it feels like when you awaken to the reality of you. No distortion of self exists, no unconscious garbage to block the rays of your beauty and innocence. You experience the nature of existence within you and the reality of you at once. It is the clearest and cleanest moment you will ever feel within this body and it is a promise of what will come.
Cherish the moments when you can’t take it anymore or your heart feels like it will burst from the pain, it is then that you know the meaning of full surrender and the fullest revelation of you. Do not be afraid to weep again for the child within to be born again.
