The courage to be aware

Until you have the courage to speak and live your truth nothing will change. Until you listen to the whispers within you and follow them no new direction is possible. Nobody has the answer but you and no one else can lead you there. It is not great social or political change that will bring a new dawn to mankind, but the awakening of the heart within each of us. Love as the core expression of existence is multifaceted and the moment we duplicate the actions of others it ceases to guide us as individuals.

Your freedom as an individual is not the result of someone else’s actions, policies, beliefs or laws, but your trust within self and the realization that your life is self-created by you and the conscious and unconscious choices you have made.

To know yourself, to reclaim your power is to dance to the rhythm of existence and create your own life as a unique expression of your being. It is bringing new ways, insights and moments filed with joy and life for yourself and others. It is coming from the power and truth of your being and not acting on the ideas, beliefs and opinions of others. It is authentic life living through you as truth in the moment and not carbon copies of ideas or the ways of others. It is not rebelling against what is, but showing that there is another way, a better way to do things that maybe others have never considered or felt.
